Indian Jeera Masala Omelette
An Indian omelette is a version of the omelette found in Indian cuisine. It is the combination of species and herbs.Its main ingredients are eggs, herbs, tomatoes and spices that vary by region. Sometimes cheese is put over the omelette and the omelette is filled with shrimp or chicken. The Indian version of omelette includes finely chopped onions, green chilies, cumin, capsicum, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
The stove is usually turned on right before the egg is poured in. And one of the most common street food in India is breed omelette with different types of chutney. Omelette can also be used to make omelette curry and serve with either rice or roti.

Ingridents:
  • 2 Eggs or 2 Eggs white and yolks (as per your diet plan).
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Onions(Pyazas).
  • 1-2 teaspoon finely chopped Green Chili(Hari Mirch).
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Capsicum(Shimala Mirch), optional.
  • Pinch Turmeric Powder(Haldi Powder).
  • Pinch of Cumin Seeds(Jeera).
  • Pinch Red Chili Powder(Lal Mirch), optional.
  • Salt as per required.
  • 1½ tablespoons Oil.
  • Few finely chopped Coriander leaves.
Procedure:
  1. Wash and finely chope Onions(Pyaza),Green Chili(Hari Mirch),Capsicum(Shimal Mirch, optional).
  2. Break the eggs into the bowl and check for shells.
  3. Beat the egg until it gets blended.
  4. Now add 1 tablespoon finely chopped Onions(Pyazas), 1-2 tablespoon finely chopped Green Chili(Hari Mirch), 1 tablespoon finely chopped Capsicum(Shimala Mirch, optional) and finely Coriander leaves.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Add pinch of Tumeric Powder(Haldi Powder) and pinch Red Chili Powder(Lal Mirch), optional.
  7. Add salt as per your taste and mix it well.
  8. Heat the pan on meduim flame and add oil in it. Now add pinch of Cumin Seeds (Jeera) and rost it little bit.
  9. Finely sepreade the oil in the pan.
  10. Now pour the egg mixture into the pan and allow it to cook on medimum flame.
  11. When the base firmes up, flip the omelette on otherside and cook until its done.
  12. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  13. Serve it with toast, sauce, chuteny or juices.
