Ingridents:
- 2 cups of sprouted Moong Beans (Mong Dal)
- 1 small or medium sized Onion (Pyaza), finely chopped
- 1 medium size Tomato (Tamatar), finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped Cucumber (Khiraa)- optional
- 1 cup finely chopped Carrot (Gaajar) and Raddish (Mooli)- optional
- 1-2 Green Chilli (Hari mirch) - finely chopped,optional
- ½ or 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice or as required
- 1 boiled Potato or boiled Sweet Potato (shakarkandi) - optional - finely chopped
- Few Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Lemon slices for garnishing
- Rock salt or Black salt as required
- Black Peper (Kaali Mirch)
- First you have to sprout (Ankurite) the Moong Beans (Moong Dal) for a night.
- Once the moong sprouts are ready, rinse them in water.
- Now take 2 Cups of Moong sprouts into a big bowl.
- Add finely chopped Onion (Pyaza),Tomato (Tamatar),Cucumber (Khiraa), Carrot (Gaajar), Raddish (Mooli).
- Mix it well.
- Add finely chopped boil Potato boil Sweet Potato (shakarkandi) and finely chopped Green Chili (Hari Mirch).
- Mix it well
- Now add ½ or 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala (optional), Rock salt or Black salt and Black Peper (Kaali Mirch) as required.
- Add Coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon Lemon juice or as required.
- Mix it well.
- Garnish the sprouts salad with Corinder leaves and a slice of Lemon.
- And serve this healthy breakfast.
