Its a healthy way to start your day with Moong Sprouts Salad. Moong Sprouts Salad is combination of different types of healthy veggies in it like onions,tomato,cucumber,carrot,radish,green chili,potatoes and sprouts. Its a beneficial way to start your day as it improves the metabolism. It also good for heart. it also improve your designation. It also helps during constipation problem. Its a world wide famous cuisine. You can serve this cuisine during breakfast or during evening snacks.
You can also use Moong Sprouts Salad in your diet plan. Moong Sproute Salad is a combination of mixed nutrients and also helps in maintaining blood sugar level.
Preparation Time:9-10 hrs for sprouting
Cooking Time:10 minutes
Total Time: 10 hrs 10 minutes
Serve:2

Ingridents:
  • 2 cups of sprouted Moong Beans (Mong Dal)
  • 1 small or medium sized Onion (Pyaza), finely chopped
  • 1 medium size Tomato (Tamatar), finely chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped Cucumber (Khiraa)- optional
  • 1 cup finely chopped Carrot (Gaajar) and Raddish (Mooli)- optional
  • 1-2 Green Chilli (Hari mirch) - finely chopped,optional
  • ½ or 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice or as required
  • 1 boiled Potato or boiled Sweet Potato (shakarkandi) - optional - finely chopped
  • Few Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Lemon slices for garnishing
  • Rock salt or Black salt as required
  • Black Peper (Kaali Mirch)
Procedure:
  1. First you have to sprout (Ankurite) the Moong Beans (Moong Dal) for a night.
  2. Once the moong sprouts are ready, rinse them in water.
  3. Now take 2 Cups of Moong sprouts into a big bowl.
  4. Add finely chopped Onion (Pyaza),Tomato (Tamatar),Cucumber (Khiraa), Carrot (Gaajar), Raddish (Mooli).
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Add finely chopped boil Potato boil Sweet Potato (shakarkandi) and finely chopped Green Chili (Hari Mirch).
  7. Mix it well
  8. Now add ½ or 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala (optional), Rock salt or Black salt and Black Peper (Kaali Mirch) as required.
  9. Add Coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon Lemon juice or as required.
  10. Mix it well.
  11. Garnish the sprouts salad with Corinder leaves and a slice of Lemon.
  12. And serve this healthy breakfast.
