Veggies Masala Oats
Oats are the one of the best and healthy way to start your day with. Oats are obtained from Oat. There are many advantages of Oats:
Oats are rich sources of fibers and carbs but also a source of higher proteins compared to other grains. Oats contain antioxidant with helps us in reducing blood pressure. It also helps us in controlling blood sugar level and reduces cholesterol. Oats may lower the risk of heart disease by reducing both total and LDL cholesterol and protecting LDL cholesterol from oxidation.
Oatmeal may help you lose weight by making you feel more full. It does this by slowing down the emptying of the stomach and increasing production of the satiety hormone PYY. Oats is good snacks for children as its healthy and full of veggies.

Ingridents:
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 medium sliced Onion (Pyaza)
- 1-2 Green Chili (Hari Mirch)
- ½ cup finely chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
- ½ cup finely choped Carrots (Gaajar)
- ½ cup finely sliced Cabbage (Bhandgobi)
- 2 cloves of finely choped Garlic (Lason)
- ½ teaspoon Cumin (Jeera)
- ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Raai)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
- 2 spoon Oil
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya Pati) for garnishing
- Wash and cut all the vegetables and keep it aside.
- Heat a pan.
- Add 2 spoon Oil and heat it for 30 seconds.
- Add ½ teaspoon Cumin (Jeera), ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Raai), 1-2 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) and 2 cloves of finely choped Garlic (Lason).
- Now add 1 medium sliced Onion (Pyaza), ½ cup finely choped Carrots (Gaajar) and ½ cup finely chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch).
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Mix it well.
- Wait till the Onions (Pyaza) becomes golden.
- Now add ½ cup finely sliced Cabbage (Bhandgobi) and mix it well.
- After that add 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder), ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) and 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder). Mix it well.
- Add little bit of water.Now add salt as per taste (But be careful as you have already added a pinch of salt). Don't add too much water.
- As the paste of vegetables and species becomes thick and 1 cup Oats in it and mix it.
- Now add ½ cup of water in the mixture and stir it well.
- AS it becomes slightly thick turn off the flame and add Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya Pati) for garnishing.
- Now serve the Oats. Optional: You can add Tomato-Chili Ketchup in the Oats for a different taste.
