Herbal Ginger-Lemon Tea
Ginger tea is an Asian herbal beverage that is made from ginger root. It has a long history as a herbal medicine in East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. It is one of the most consumed herbal beverage in India. There are numerous health benefits of the Lemon-Ginger tea. Some of this are:

Ingridents:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice(Nimboo)
- Tea leaves (Chai)
- 1 tablespoon Honey or 2 teaspoon Sugar
- Black Pepper (Kaali Mirch) as required
- Black Salt (Kaala Namak) as per required
- 6-8 Tulsi Leaves
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped Ginger (Adrak)
- Take a saucepan and add 2 cups of water.
- Before it begins to boil add Ginger(Adrak)
- When it starts boiling add Tea leaves and Tulsi leaves in it.
- Allow it to boil for 2 minutes till the color appears.
- Now add Lemon juices and Honey/Sugar.
- Stir it well.
- Filter the Herbal Ginger-Lemon Tea in cups and add Black Pepper and Black Salt in it as per required.
- Serve hot Herbal Ginger-Lemon Tea.
